About the Creator
Malik, originally from San Bernardino, California has had quite the journey in his 26 years of life. A former substitute teacher, librarian, and most recently a Graduate student at University of North Carolina Greensboro where he pursued his Masters and Docoral degree. During the pandemic Malik decided to part ways with Graduate school due to feelings of uncertainty and loss of motivation. Ultimately, he chose to follow his heart! Malik’s biggest passions are traveling, real estate, and spending time with his furry friend. Not finishing school is what many would think to be a poor decision however, Maliks business has evolved into something much greater than expected. Now, we are looking to set new goals and continue to spread love in the ways that I know how! Treats and Doggies! :)
About the Business
Malik has been heavily active in real estate within the Triad and Triangle and through this experience transpired many other ventures. Two of the ventures that Malik has found to be most exciting to him are operating vending machines as well as dog boarding and training. Ultimately, Malik saw an opportunity to turn his passions into a career that will scale into a national business, hence, the name Coast2Coast! While we are starting locally, here in Greensboro--we anticipate expanding nationwide.
The vending machine venture was inspired through constant experiences of being in areas that lacked convenient snacks. We are conscious about all of our customers as we fill our machines with the hopes that you see the intention behind our mission. We hope that you will consider us to be a service for your business! The dog boarding and training truly transpired due to Maliks love of dogs. One of the many joys of being able to witness your dog grow from a pup is that special connection you establish as they evolve. One of the aspects of owning a dog that is unfortunate--is the fact they are separated from their family. What is special about this business model is that we will breed dogs and aim to keep them together as they grow. As dogs are purchased and donated, we will be intentional about the distance and potential of the owners keeping in contact with us to allow for the dogs to grow up seeing each other often.
